Arrive at Kathamandu 1350m Transfer to Hotel.
Welcome to Kathmandu, the capital city of the Himalayan kingdom of Nepal.You will be met on airport and transferred to your hotel. After the arrival, the group will be formally introduced to Guide for the activities over the next few days. One should pay attention in particular to the safety aspects of the briefing. Sight seeing around at Kathamandu
After breakfast, we start an interesting tour around Kathmandu. Escorting by an English speaking guide (can be provide any language speaking guide on request) be, try to give them a full taste of our vivid culture image and an enchanting manner of its people. In our sightseeing tour we go to Monkey temple Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath and Kathmandu Durbar square. Durbar Square: -This complex of palaces, courtyards and temples, built between the 12th and 18th centuries, used to be the seat of the ancient Malla kings of Kathmandu. An intriguing piece here is the 17th century stone inscription set into the wall of the palace with writings in 15 languages. The Durbar square, protected as an UNESCO world Heritage site, is the social, religious and urban focal point of the city. There are also museums inside the palace building. There is an entrance fee of Rs.250 for foreign visitors. Your ticket to the Square entitles you to visit all the museums. Swayambhunath, 6.5 kilometers west of Kathmandu, situated on a hillock, this 2000 years old Stupa is the world’s most glorious Buddhist shrine and is surrounded by several small pagodas. The main temple is capped by a pinnacle of copper gilt and is painted on the four sides with all seeing eyes of Lord Buddha. Pashupatinath, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is the holiest and most famous Nepalese temple. Situated 5 kilometers northeast of Kathmandu on the bank of the sacred Bagmati River, it is an impressive pagoda style structure with gilt roof and richly carved silver doors. It has bathing and cremation ghats, which are of absorbing interest to the tourist, particularly in the mornings and on festival days.
Kathmandu – Pokhara 6 hrs (200 km) 960m
Drive or fly east from Kathamandu along the Trisuliriver view with Langtang, Ganesh Himal Manasalu and Annapurna ranges and cross the bridge over the Trisuli and toward the Pokhara over night at Hotel.
Pokhara-Phedi-Pothana 40 minute drive and 4 hrs walk 2100m
Drive to Phedi along the Baglung High way and start the teak with climb to Dhampus big Guring village with panoramic view of Mountain and slow climb to Pothana over night at camp. In the morning good mountain view.
Pothana - Ghandruk 7 hrs 1950m
Most of the morning path goes down hill pass through Landruk village with great view of Annapurna south, Himchuli, Fishtail and down to Modi khola after climb up to Ghandruk One of the big Guring Village. It has ACAP office with information center. Good mountain view.
Ghandruk-Tadapani 4 hrs 2620m
After village, path goes up hill with green vegetation, a lot of Bird life and Annapurna view. Rhododendron trees and others mix bushes
Tadapani- Dobato 7 hrs 3500m
This is the last place you can see the lodge after this off from the tourist crowds. Path goes with vines, bamboo and other bushes with bird life.
Dobato- Sistibung 4 hrs 2990m
Break fast with good view of Annapurana, fishtail and Dhaulagiri.Wlkking down along the ridge and turn right and cross a stream to the camp. Pine and rhododendron trees with mix bushes
Sitibung-Khobra ridge 4 hrs 3650m
The day start with climbing steep up to the Khobra ridge, view of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna south
Khobra ridge-Chitre 7 hrs 2350m
Leaving the camp with steep down most of the day along the woods and stream, turn to village again down and climb to camp
Chitre-Ghorepani 3hrs 2850m
This is the short walk through Rododendron jungle. One path goes down to Tatopani and up hill to the Ghorepani. This is the junction of the areas. For ABC, Ghandruk, Pokhara etc.
Ghorepani -Nayagi village via Pun hill 6 hrs Pun hill 3240m - 2300m
Weak up early morning and after cup of tea start the trek with pack break fast. Pun hill is one of the best views during the Sunrise. After down to wards the Naygi village, the path goes through the Rhododendron and pines trees. At the evening from local school children will come to show their dance to collect donation.
Nayagi –Lespur 6 hrs 2230m
It is beautiful countryside pass through the Magar village and climb up other side of village with mix vegetation with a lot of Birds
Lespur- Pokhara via New bridge 6 hrs 1100m
Pass through the interesting villages along the hillside and down hill and camp at the riverside. drive to Pokhara by private transport. After trek,
Pokhara-Kathamandu
Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist mini bus that takes about six hours. While driving from Pokhara to Kathmandu, you head up to Damauli,, Dumre, Muglin and Kurintar where the Nepal's first Cable car is operated to reach to Manakamana Temple. En route, you could enjoy the mountain views, green sceneries, rice terrace fields, vegetable fields and people being engaged in their daily life activities. From Naubishe you climb up to Thankot, the gateway to capital city. In the evening we will drive you for farewell dinner with cultural dance.
Final Departure.
All too soon it's time to bid Nepal farewell and one realizes that we can never be intimate, only acquainted with this amazing adventure kingdom.
