Chisapani – Nagarkot Trekking: Impressive views of the Himalayas can be seen from the northern part of Shivapuri watershed area and of Kathmandu Valley from the southern slopes. This watershed area is a true representation of the Middle hills in the protected area system. A total of 150 species of butterflies with many endemic and rare 9 species of birds which are considered endangered or vulnerable, and 19 species of mammals occur. This area is increasingly used for recreation, hiking and trekking. This trek is also a gate way to Helambu region and based on teahouse trek that people want to get experiences of Himalayan trek. This three days trek is a good idea for longer trek anywhere else in Nepal.

Every effort will be made to keep to the above itinerary, but as this is adventure travel in a remote mountain region we cannot guarantee it! Weather conditions and the health of trekkers can all contribute to changes. The guides and their Sherpa assistants will try to ensure that the trip runs according to plan, but please be prepared to be flexible if necessary.
Accommodation on the trek & Food
You will be accommodated in lodges during tea house trek & tent in camping trek . Typical food available for lunch and dinner is Nepali rice & lentils, pasta, potato dishes, soups or pizzas. Delicious pancakes, porridge, toast and eggs are the main breakfast fare, while tea, coffee and hot chocolate are always available. You will probably be pleasantly surprised at the variety of food at the lodges.
There are a lot of steep ascents and descents on the trek and a good level of fitness is required. Some days you may be required to walk up to six hours. Please note that the estimated walking time each day will vary according to the overall fitness of the group and weather conditions.
Footwear & Clothing: Bring well broken-in walking shoes, suitable for snow; thick socks, light socks, camp shoes; down or fiber filled waterproof jacket and pants; sweater or fleece jacket; underwear; warm and cotton or polypropylene pants or jeans; shirts and T-shirts; shorts; long underwear; wool hat; sun hat; gloves; bathing suit; comfortable track/gym suit.

We will meet you outside the customs and Immigration area at the airport and escort you to the hotel. Your first experiences in Nepal will be somewhat overwhelming as we drive through Nepal’s bustling capital city to the hotel. Kathmandu is a stimulating mix of medieval and modern. You can explore the markets in the afternoon..
Sight seeing around at Kathamandu
Kathmandu is one of three former medieval city-states in the Valley, along with Bhaktapur and Patan. Our half-day morning sightseeing tour will include key sights around the Kathmandu Valley such as the Hindu shrines at Pashupatinath on the Bagmati River, and the large Buddhist stupa at Bouddhanath center of the Tibetan Buddhist culture in Kathmandu. In the afternoon, Kathmandu is yours to explore. By western standards, the city is intimate. You can visit the many interesting sights, shrines, and markets, or stroll in Kathmandu's fascinating Asan Tole bazaar. Don't miss Durbar Square, Thamel, Swayambhunath (the "Monkey Temple," overlooking the entire Valley; go at sunrise or sunset!)
Kathamandu – Chisapani (Height: 2130m)
A short drive to Sundarijal. Trail climbs steeply past Tamang villages. Further climb on through Shivapuri watershed forest to Chisapani. Excellent views over the whole Himalayan ranges of Annapurna to Rolwaling from west to the east.
Chisapani - Nagarko (Height: 2100m)
A spectacular views of Himalayas can be seen whole day. We walk through an isolated road, beautiful forest, beautiful valleys to the north. A small down hill just before lunch. After lunch lovely walk along ridge and ethnic Tamang villages. A small climb to the popular hill town of Nagarkot, from where spectacular views of Jugal Himal, Gaurishankar and Mt. Everest are also can be seen.
Nagarkot- Kathamandu (Height: 1300m)
Early morning view of sunrise from Nagarkot and after breakfast and walk down hill to a world heritage site Changunarayan temple, situated at the end of along ridge which runs well into the valley, it is said to have been built in 323 A.D. The temple is richly decorated with sculptures and carvings. Drive to Kathmandu for Overnight

After breakfast we start an interesting tour around Kathmandu, escorted by an English-speaking guide. (We can provide a guide speaking any other language on request.) This tour provides a full taste of our vivid cultural image and the enchanting mannerisms and traditions of our people. and the King's Palace. You could also hire a driver to take you to the nearby ancient city of Patan or Bhaktapur through us. The tour includes stops at Patan & Bhaktapur.
