Accommodation on the trek & Food
You will be accommodated in lodges during tea house trek & tent in camping trek . Typical food available for lunch and dinner is Nepali rice & lentils, pasta, potato dishes, soups or pizzas. Delicious pancakes, porridge, toast and eggs are the main breakfast fare, while tea, coffee and hot chocolate are always available. You will probably be pleasantly surprised at the variety of food at the lodges.
There are a lot of steep ascents and descents on the trek and a good level of fitness is required. Some days you may be required to walk up to six hours. Please note that the estimated walking time each day will vary according to the overall fitness of the group and weather conditions.
Footwear & Clothing: Bring well broken-in walking shoes, suitable for snow; thick socks, light socks, camp shoes; down or fiber filled waterproof jacket and pants; sweater or fleece jacket; underwear; warm and cotton or polypropylene pants or jeans; shirts and T-shirts; shorts; long underwear; wool hat; sun hat; gloves; bathing suit; comfortable track/gym suit.

Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu
Clear Sky Treks Representatives will welcome groups at the Kathmandu Airport with a banner and drop them at the hotel. After check-in at the hotel and refreshments, Clear Sky Treks office management personnel and a guide will formally introduce themselves and provide a trip briefing.
Day 2 Kathmandu to Serabesi (5.30hrs 510m)
After breakfast we will start our drive for first day of the trek. It takes five 7 half hrs to Ganeshthan then we have to walk half hour to village where we are going spend a night here.
Day 3 Rast day
Today we are going to explore village, visit school, if you like then you can do swimming in Netrawoti River & spend another night here.
Day 4 Serabesi to Phulkharka (1204m/5hrs)
From Serabesi to Phulkharka,it takes 5 hrs which is throw Jungle many different villages. Today we have to climb about 500m so the way goes gradually up. We can see the beautiful view of Manaslu & Ganesh Himal Range from on the way. Finally we reach to Phulkharka which is big village from that area.
Day 5 Day hike to Junge danda(2500m)
Today we have to take early breakfast then go for day hike to Junge Danda from where we can see beautiful view of Ganesh Himal & Manaslu mountain range.
Day 6 Explore around Phulkharka
Today we will go around the village,Ganga Jamuna Temple visit, school visit & if you are interested to do some social work also can possible .at the same time you can experience the local life style & their cultural exercises as well as their different tradition.
Day 7 Phulkharka to Kathmandu (7hrs)
Today is a final day of the trekking. It takes 7 hrs to Kathmandu by drive & over night in Hotel.
Day 8 Final Departure
All too soon it's time to bid Nepal farewell and one realizes that we can never be intimate, only acquainted with this amazing adventure Himalaya.
